Thoughts for Thursday

1st. My life has recently taken a weird turn. I know this when my son's aide at school tells me, "Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you. Connor tried to jump out the window yesterday."

No worries the whole school only has one floor and the aide is so dedicated I believe she would have went out the window after him.

2nd. The first grade teachers at my son's school are having a bad week. I know this because I over heard one tell the other, "Excuse me, but I need to go chew up a few valiums now."

It was only Monday morning, wait till she has my son in her class, hehe!

Crikey! I'm not how I would feel about my child jumping out of a window at school! Hope everything is now okay.

The teachers are that boring huh?

It's that kind of week. I work at a university and I think the holiday madness has gotten to everyone.

Love to you and Connor...

PS- I'll be posting another list of 7 things about me next week. Maybe I'll take a poll among my friends to see what gets top billing...

I've got to work on the meme so that may take a while to figure out what 7 new and or weird things I can tell everyone about me.
The bit about your son gonna jump out the window -my neighbor down the street always tells his wife and kids, when things have him upset or muddles, "Guess I'm gonna have to go down in the cellar and jump out the window there and commit suicide."

Any ideas on why he wanted to do that??

Crystal - All is well. I didn't know how to feel about it at first either, but I had to laugh. He is keeping them on their toes for sure.

Suzy - Holiday madness for sure! I feel it myself.

Jeni - That is too funny about your neighbor :D

Casdok - They had the windows open because it was an unseasonably warm and beautiful day. I think he really just wanted to go outside.

This time of year makes everyone want to jump out of windows and chew Valium. Definitely.

Hey! This is almost like my son's school last week when they "forgot" to tell me they physically restrained him...twice! Nice. I'm with the teachers on the Valium.
